Membership Plans
Door Ducks offers three Membership Plans — Base (1 year), Pro (3 years), and Premium (5 years). Membership Plan prices exclude GST and cover the full term. Eligible services follow your plan's allowances; materials are quoted separately. Only active Members may book; approved beyond-plan work is paid through Door Ducks.
Office hours and service areas
Office hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, every day. Electrician is the only 24×7 emergency service. Door Ducks currently operates across 17 active cities — Hyderabad plus 16 Andhra Pradesh cities. When you contact us, real people call you back within 90 minutes during office hours.
Bookings and visits
Visits are carried out by verified Door Ducks professionals assigned to your community. Before and after photos are taken for completed work, and your booking closes after you confirm the service.
Payments
All payments are made to Door Ducks through the company — never privately to a professional. Work approved beyond your plan is billed and paid through Door Ducks only.
