Information we collect

When you use Door Ducks, we collect the details needed to serve your home: your name, phone number, community and household address, Membership Plan and booking history, and payment records.

When you send our contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service need, house type, preferred reply method, address, and message that you submit.

When you ask us to come to your community, we collect your name, phone number, gated-community details, total number of flats, and number of flats interested.

For completed service visits, our professionals capture before and after photos of the work. These photos stay private to your service record.

If you join the Price Reveal Challenge, we collect your name, phone number, city, preferred service, and your price guesses for the Base, Pro, and Premium plans. These details are stored in our Neon-hosted database and are available through the Super Admin challenge view.

Community requests pass through our server for validation and are forwarded to Formspree for delivery to Door Ducks. We do not save the community request contents in our application database. Our database stores request counters and a connection identifier derived from your IP address to limit spam on public forms.

Our public Early Access, contact, community-interest, and Price Reveal Challenge forms are active in this release. We use the details submitted through them to respond to your request or administer the challenge.

How we use your information

We use your information to coordinate service visits, manage your Membership Plan, verify your phone number with a one-time password (OTP), respond to your requests, and call you back within 90 minutes during our office hours of 9 AM to 6 PM daily.

In the Price Reveal Challenge, we save one entry per phone number and may verify eligibility before awarding a prize.

Payments

This release does not take online payments or collect customer OTPs. When membership payments are introduced, Door Ducks will explain the payment provider and records kept here.

Sharing

We share your information only with the providers needed to operate the service — Formspree for contact-form and community-request delivery, and Neon for application database hosting. Staff authentication is handled by Door Ducks admin systems; customer OTP sign-in and online payment processing are not part of this release. We never sell your personal information.

Security and access

Access to your information inside Door Ducks is restricted by role and community scope: staff only see what their job requires, and local operational staff cannot see your Membership Plan or payment details. Service photos and documents are private by default.
