Our Story
Your Home Doctor,Since 2020
Door Ducks was built on one simple belief—every Indian family deserves professional home care without the anxiety of finding a trustworthy technician.
Our Story
Door Ducks was founded in 2020 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with a team of 5 skilled technicians and 50 pilot customers who trusted us with their homes.
We noticed a gap—homeowners in India had no reliable, background-verified and affordable option for routine maintenance. They either relied on word-of-mouth referrals or paid premium prices to large chains with poor accountability. We set out to change that.
Today, Door Ducks serves Hyderabad and 16 cities across Andhra Pradesh with salaried, verified teams—helping member families through scheduled care, on-request services and monthly preventive checkups.

What We Stand For
4 principles guide every visit, every invoice and every interaction.
Verified & Trusted
Every Door Ducks professional is verified, salaried and assigned through the company. Families see a confirmed worker before the visit.
Fast & Reliable
Every booking gets a confirmed worker. Electrician is the only 24-hour emergency service.
Quality First
Professional tools and mandatory before-and-after photos keep every normal completed job accountable.
Customer Centric
Included plan visits cost nothing at booking. Pricing and approved beyond-plan work stay with Door Ducks—never the worker.
